audiophob started back in 2004 as a “normal” label. focus of the releases is on (dark) ambient industrial with some IDM influences. the auphnet edition of audiophob, started in october 2006, features net-only releases.

About auphnet004:

“A ghost and a bottle of wine” is no regular Alarmen release. The tracks were created for a live radio play at the student radio station Carsten (Alarmen) works for and played live during the broadcast. The tracks were meant to base on a few common themes with variations along the play. The six tracks on this release were selected from about 20 different tracks played during this 2 hour broadcast. It could be regarded as a preservation of a few sounds that would otherwise only have been played once.
