Norman Fairbanks – Blood And Glass
The soundtrack to a B-movie.

Can’t believe I still made it in time! Welcome to Blood and Glass, my first pure electronic release since Delusion Californica and definitely the final one for this year. No Tenori-On, no field recordings and no sampling this time. Blood and Glass is my renewed personal statement on contemporary electronic music.
The release admittedly sounds a bit ‘violent’ but remember, all my audio concepts are naturally fictive, metaphoric journeys, targeting to provide the best possible picturesque setting for your ears, so you can [hopefully] easily follow my concept idea behind.
Having said that, Blood and Glass can be best described as a small [electronic] agent, detective [or maybe criminal] story, the soundtrack to a B-movie without real beginning and end. Titles and sound will put you in the right mood, promised! Lean back, grab your headphones and don’t forget: where there is light, there is shadow in this city.
However, in the end it’s a totally different release than you might have expected to hear from me and one I wasn’t really expecting to produce. That’s what I call a perfect setting for a fresh experience!
