Fragile lo-fi folk music by 21 year old singer / songwriter Julia Kotowski
aka Entertainment for the braindead (Eftb). This release is
published with cooperation of our friends from aaahh records, a brand
new German netlabel with georgeous music.

?Hydrophobia? is full of colourful sounds and melodies. Ukulele,
guitar and flute are ever-present instruments, just like Julias
wonderful voice and her unconventional percussion that consists of
jars, cans, boxes, drawers and peppermills. Her intimate songs are
detailed snapshots of thoughts and feelings – sometimes filtered and
reflected, sometimes pure and transparent.

All hydrophobia songs are about drowning, are written and recorded
between April and July 2008.
